We loved this dining set. It is well made and study. Looks great with our decor. They style is very elegant but simple. However the chairs were damaged as pictured. This probably happened at the factory and the chairs were packed that way. The product was very well protected for shipping with heavy cardboard and styrofoam. I did contact the seller HomeElegance on Nov 16, 2020 but have received no response. Would not recommend purchase via shipping
