    Best Customer Service!!!

    First and foremost, get the bed registered ASAP. Second, the customer service was very helpful and I know that they stand by their product. Huge thanks to Jim S. and his speedy response, even on a Sunday. The beds control panel seemed to have shorted after 2 weeks of use to the point where the only thing working was the massager and thats if the bed is plugged in. The remote would not stop it, only if you unplug it. The motors would not respond either. Jim S. sent us the replacement control box, simple to plug out the old and replace the new. Make sure you do hold the remote for 5 seconds (count slowly just in case) then press the head lift or foot lift button to sync the remote. So far the bed has been working effectively.
