I wanted sooo badly to love this. It was extremely easy to put together and came 4 days early. However the cushions to the 3 seat sofa are way flatter than the love seat. The cushions to the 3 seat sofa came vacuumed sealed the love seats did not. Its upsetting because the furniture looks old and worn out. Im sending it back, the seller wasnt able to satisfy my request of sending the cushions without the vacuum seal. Id rather something else Im just unsatisfied.
UPDATE: Ive had this furniture not even a week and CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH!!!! Customer Service actively communicated with me until the issue was solved. Im honestly surprised with how quickly and consistently they stayed in touch with me via email. From day 2 of having this set I as unhappy and emailed the seller right away. After going back in forth, and they offered me more than one remedy to the problem I was almost ready to send this back. SO GLAD I DID NOT!!! They resent all 6 cushions in 6 separate boxes. It is also VERY IMPORTANT to allow the cushions to expand, takes about 4 days honestly. The back cushions however stayed flat BUT they have been replaced and I am more than happy Its beautiful, reasonably priced, and easy as heck to put together. There is an amazing customer service team behind this company if there is an issue. It was a win for me and I thank this company for their patience and dedication.
