We have a small balcony, about 5ft by 3ft and this set was a perfect fit, leaving still enough room for the door to open and for us to walk around the edge.
Very comfy, sturdy (no rocking). We just got it so haven't tested it against the elements of the weather yet but really love how cute it is - very easy to 'assemble' - just take it out of the box, and unfold it. ta-da!
