The wooden dowels that are provided serve no purpose! They cause the wood on the back of the chairs to split and burst open. Ruined brand new chairs. Too much hassle to send the package back. Im really upset about this!! Overall the table and chairs look nice and feel sturdy enough. But the broken wood on the back has ruined the aesthetic of my dining room for me.
