Product came quickly. We had a main support post very bowed - wouldve been a safety issue and probably impossible to install. They sent a whole kit quickly to replace the part.
During installation, we had three separate issues that wouldve required another reshipped part; luckily we extras from the replacement kit to pull from.
There were a few manufacturer defects that required us to rig a solution or use the backups that can in the replaced kit that was sent. Had we called each time, Im sure they wouldve responded quickly; but with that many defects, we wouldve been building a bed for weeks.
Wouldve been a one-star review without the extra kit. great!!!/timely service. not good manufacturing.
