I don’t know what all these other people are complaining about. The chair definitely didn’t smell when I got it, nor is it off white. I purchased the white and it is definitely white. My mirror is super white so that’s the only difference I see. The size is good also. I don’t know how jumbo someone would expect it to be, it’s a rather wide chair and is very comfortable. The only thing I don’t like about it is the zipper that goes down the center of the back. Other than that I love it!
