Comfy chair for watching TV. I was able to assemble it by myself and it only took about 15 minutes. The color is a beautiful neutral shade of aubergine. The photo I took is with a flash, which makes the shade of purple look lighter. I gave it just four stars for comfort because I would have liked the seat cushion to be slightly less firm, but hopefully it will soften some with regular use. As other reviews pointed out, the foot rest is difficult to get started if you do not have much weight to put into it. The backrest is perfect and I do not find that I need any additional pillows. The arm rests do not have enough cushion towards the backrest, but are nicely cushioned towards the front of the chair. Overall it is an excellent purchase for the cost.
