I should have written a review when we got the chair, but sometimes we need a nudge. This chair was easy to put together and comfortable, with pretty good features for the price. We had a problem with ours recently, with a piece detaching. We contacted the manufacturer through and after confirming the problem with a few photos, they immediately offered to send the replacement parts we needed. So overall, a very positive experience.
