Dear seller,
I dont like how difficult it isnto push the bottom bunk in. It gets stuck on the wood to the side and in cannot get it in and out. Is there an alternative to this or can I receive a partial credit and just return the bottom part. I already paid a contractor to build the entire bed. Please advice how we can resolve this situation.
