The chair broke within 24hrs of receiving if. It no longer will lay completely flat. I needed a chair urgently so I chose not to return it, but pretty disappointed that it broke.
It functions like those lawn chairs from the 80s with the plastic rope where it has to click all the way forward before it will lay back to flat, but mine gets stuck on the way back to flat.
