Bought 2 for kids room. Seems pretty sturdy, but told kids not to jump on them because it would probably break bed slats. Drawer also will not hold much weightthe floor is only 2 / 1/8 thick pieces of particle board. Assembly was reasonable especially the second one. The freestanding drawer is the most difficult to buildthe screws should be longerbut it doesnt add/take away anything to bed structure or connect in any way. All pieces should be labeled better (with easier to remove stickers) because they are easy to install backwards. Take care when removing stickers not to scratch off the finish.
