I am a smaller female and had no trouble putting the frame together in less than 30 minutes. The frame seems very sturdy and secure. It hasnt been put to use yet, so if the frame is disappointing in some, review will be updated! Would LOVE it if the manufacturer would offer this frame in different colors, specifically WHITE!!
