The futon bed arrived in torn up boxes and was a dull dark green, looked nothing like its pictures. I requested a refund, they asked me to keep it for a discounted price. Since, the product looks nothing its pictures, I still requested a refund and sent it back. They did not pay for UPS pickup, I had to pay out of my pocket for it. They still have not dropped the 329.99 charge.
