I received box 2 of 2 on April 30th via FedEx. The status on stated my delivery was complete. I got concerned because I was missing box1 of 2. Using I contacted the sell about the missing box. The seller promptly contacted me via email and assured me that the second box was on its way and provided me with a second FedEx tracking number. Sure enough I checked the status of the second tracking number and it stated the box would be here by May 3rd. Wish the order status on had both tracking numbers. It would have made things simpler. Anyway my wife easily assembled the chair and it works fine. I way 320 lbs and it s me with ease. Wish I had bought it sooner after my surgery. It makes standing up much easier. After a few months of use, I will update the review on its use. But for now, based on how much I paid, I would recommend.
