We bought the cream recliner chair and very happy with color and chair. Massage feature is great, the heat is very light more like a warm comfort thing. Really like the side pockets for storing the remotes in. Our son/in/law who assembled it said easy peasy. Customer service was excellent as I emailed a question about delivery and they replied immediately. We are not tall people so the chair is perfect for us! Only reason for 4 star is would have liked element with little more heat option.
