They made it a great experience by focusing on the little details such as organizing the parts in neat packaging. They also included a really nice tool to put it all together. I have never seen that before. The bed frame is beautiful and sturdy. It was easy to assemble and there was no shifting or creaking when it was done. I would recommend this frame.
