I love the bed. This is the second one I have purchased this year. I am not happy that when it arrived the headboard had a rip on the backside approximately 2 inches in the shape of a V. My only option is to send back, but I really need the bed this weekend so that is not an option. The plastic covering around the headboard was not damaged so the damage had to have occurred before it was packaged.
