The planks dont seem very strong and can give you a quick splinter if your not being careful.
Update- if youre doing anything other than sleeping you WILL damage your floor if youre frame is not on carpet. And I dont mean a scratch, its damaged our floors in several spots from the poor pads that do not protect anything or act as grip
