Newly single mom and bought these for my toddler boys. 2 year old on bottom and 4 year old up top! They love them and there is plenty of room to grow as they are standard twin beds. Also think it’s supper cool that they separate to single twin beds so later on I don’t have to buy new beds if they get their own rooms! My only complaint is I’m missing 2 piece to put the front rail on the top bunk. I searched the box 800 time they were not in it but I had a toddler bed rail from Walmart and it works for now til I get the parts
