This was my first experience ordering furniture on line and really didn't know what to expect. Pieces were packaged very well with no damage noted. Was very pleased with the end result. While assembly admittedly was quite a lengthy process (upwards of two hours), the instructions were fairly clear, and the finished product is very sturdy and attractive.
