The thing that was most disappointing to me was that the finish of both the wood and the hardware represented on was not accurate. The picture of the item showed more of a red tone, expected in a cherry cabinet and matching my kitchen cabinets. And the hardware is represented as a bright brushed steel hardware. Again, matching my existing kitchen cabinets. However, the wood finish is much darker as is the hardware. The wood finish is more of a dark cherry, than a medium cherry and the hardware is more of a pewter, than a brushed steel.
That being said, I was impressed with the sturdiness and quality of the wood and the assembly.
Due to the hassle of returning, I will most likely not order furniture online that I have not personally seen elsewhere. Very disappointed in the appearance aspect, as far as finish.
