This was one of the best purchases we have made. It gives my daughter the storage she needed in her room and a good sturdy bed. She was moving things around and lost some of the pins holding the shelves in place. I contacted the company asking how much it would cost to get some replacements. In less than an hour I had an email stating they would send replacements free of cost!! Amazing customer service!!!
