    Customer Care? What Customer Care.

    The Table looked good online. Ordered if for my brother. Few of the parts were damaged. The top table part was cracked and bent and the top part was dinged and bent. The box had the manufacturer information and was directing to contact them for replacement parts. Which I did by filling out the form on their website. But when I did not get any response or indication of my request being received I emailed them. After about 2 more hours I get an email saying that their website forms do not work and I should email them my problem instead (There was no indication of that on the website). I emailed them what the problem was and gave them two days to at least give me some sort of confirmation that they received my order or something. But no, nothing. I then had to contact to get this thing taken care of. Disappointed. The material seemed solid and could have been a great desk. But if you dont get the item right the first time good luck getting help from the manufacturer.
