I purchase my watch winder in October of 2021. At the time, I did not use the wall outlet cord for the charger. Instead, I just used the battery feature. However, I had to replace the batteries quite often, so I looked at ugging it into the wall and changing the location I had it sitting. It would not work with the wall outlet cord, so I tried batteries again, and it quit working altogether. I contacted the company and they were so kind and easy to communicate with through e-mail. Within a day or so they had sent me a brand new watch winder. It works amazingly, and I will definitely recommend and purchase from them again in the future.
