I bought this for my husband for Christmas 2020! It worked great for his nice watches. A few months ago the motor started making a lot of noise when it ran to the point it would wake us up. We emailed the seller regarding the issue, Even though it has been a while they replaced our watch winder. They were very easy and pleasant to deal with. We were very appreciative and pleased with the outcome.
