Great Buy for the Money - Works perfectly and quietly
Does exactly what it claims to do.
I started my search with highest-rated first. I opened each of the 5-star rated items in this price range in a new tab, then I began to compare...and to become aware...Over half of the 5-star rated items had fishy ratings. I pulled ratings by DATE, not relevance, and lo and behold, if I didnt see one of the hallmarks of fake reviews: One review every 1-2 days, written in broken english, and (drumroll) THE SAME ONE WORD WAS MISSPELLED--AND IN EXACTLY THE SAME WAY--IN NUMEROUS REVIEWS. Also, the reviews focus on stupid things like the finish on the box, etc.
Try this method yourself--youll quickly learn to spot fake reviews (and flag each and every review as inappropriate... knows what youre trying to impart to them, and theyll yank those fakers listings down. I dont know about you, but on , I rely HEAVILY on reviews, and to have some foreign companies bastardizing the rating system is oh-so-wrong.
Now, on to this product. It wasnt the prettiest in the price range, but who really cares? If it does what its supposed to (and so far, it has), and if it does so quietly (its very quiet), Ill be thrilled with it as long as it continues to perform as it does currently.
On several reviews of other, similar products, longevity was a concern. This product comes with an 18-month warranty. I scanned it, but hope I dont need it. If I do need to use the extended warranty, Ill edit this review.
