The watch winder appears to be well constructed and is virtually noiseless. Three of the four winder settings work as advertised. The fourth setting was not checked. Since the winder is new, the craftsmanship rating gets 4 stars based on its appearance and exterior construction details. Its ability to operate in the long term will determine whether or not it deserves a 5 star rating for that component as well as the value for the money.
Update 2/16/2022 - the unit failed after 2 years and about 2 months. Contacted the company via e-mail but have not yet received a reply. Also called the the company but received a recorded message which I did not reply to.
Update 3/5/2022 - Never received a reply to my e-mail message and I can only conclude that the Triple Tree Company does not provide any after purchase support. I would not purchase anything from this company again. I would have purchased a USA made product if one was available at a reasonable price.
