This was fairly easy to put together / pieces fit well and instructions were good. Definitely use a powered drill, though, and not do it by hand (it would take ages!) My only complaint about the design is that the slats holding up the twin bunk seem not that sturdy and were afraid to have more than one kid on it at a time / no horseplay on the bunk. But it is loved!
