I give this 4 stars for one reason. The confusion. This advertises foldable and portable. The web sight says it, the box says it, but the directions inside the box said nope! NOT possible. And then I found a random page in the box that tells how to refold the trampoline...what?! Which is it? And 4 stars also because of the lack of directions for the 6 bungie cables with beads at the ends. I had to go to the question section to figure out what they are for. I threaded them through the black holders on the mat and wrapped them around the trampoline pole itself to better hold the mat in place. Works great. I would NOT wrap them around the green straps of the trampoline as they will rub and wear on each other as your child bounces. Oh! And because, again, web and box said for ages 3 and up while the directions said for ages 5 and up. Ugh. That being said, though it was time consuming, it was super easy to put together and it DOES appear to be refoldable, though I haven't tried yet, and my 4 year old daughter LOVES it! She got on it and just knew what to do. I'm so THRILLED! And it's very stable. Just don't place it on a nonslip surface because it will travel.
