Bunkbeds are a pain to put together, but it turned out sturdy. The hardest part was lining up the sides into the ends and holding them steady while we got the screws started. I did need a rubber mallet to get the dowels in in a couple of spotscouldve done it without but it made it a lot easier to start with even nubs.
I like the style of slatsthey lay flat and are held together with a wide ribbon of fabricyou have to pull them really tightly to get it stretched across the length of the bed.
Sturdy!
