Ok, for starters this is meant for a home office and probably not full-time use. I work from home 2-3 days a week. I saw that each back was marked as well as bags for screws. Still it was not idiot proof. It said the arms were marked Right/Left. I didnt see anything. And having a 50/50 chance of getting it right.....I didnt. And I realized it when I went to install the chair back. Assembly time should have been 15 minutes..ended up being 30.
