Cheap product, No customer service I am very disappointed with this product. The directions are often confusing and sometime just wrong. I typically build furniture just fine but this was a real slog to get through. All screws and parts did not have indication on their bags. For several parts, they did not match the picture in the directions or count that it call for.
After a trip to the hardware store to get more screws and finishing it, the frame is still more rickety than I was hoping.
Not worth the effort.
