A lot of people are complaining about this chairs quality. For around 60 dollars, a chair isnt going to be very high quality. For the price, it is a great little chair. If you understand and accept this before its purchase, you will be happy. The back is well padded and provides enough support to allow me to work for hours. The arm rests are also padded and are comfortable (and havent broken). Unfortunately the bottom cushion has lost some of its plushness from my sitting on it (still plenty comfortable though). The only major negative is the creakiness. Some might find it annoying.
