The chair arrive on time and was packaged well (no damage upon opening). It was super easy to put together (I recommend putting the legs together first, then screwing them onto the chair). But obviously the thing you want to know is if its comfortable. Yes - absolutely. Its cozy and super soft. Get it dont think about it
