When we originally got the bed in the mail the box was badly damaged. Upon opening it we found a few boards that had corners crushed. The directions to contact customer service and receive replacement parts was really simple. We messaged them twice with pictures of the damages and were quickly sent sturdier replacement parts. The bed is now put together and works really well to keep our nephews clothes organized and put away. Beautiful Addition to My Home
