Bought this for my 80lb dog. His dog bed didnt have enough cushion and wanted to give him a more comfortable bed. The bed is nice isnt as sturdy but for the price i think is fine.
The first time we received the product, there were quite a few pieces that broke during delivery. We contacted the seller and they sent us the replacement parts. We called the seller, and the customer service rep were nice and attentive and willing to help. We had no issues getting the broken parts replaced. It took an extra week to get all the pieces together but at the end we were able to assemble the bed. Happy with the item. Thumbs up
