Ive built many many things over the years, and I have to say nothing comes close to the professional quality of this set of bunk beds. From the secure packaging, the clear instructions, the individually packaged (and labeled) hardware, I am extremely impressed. I was putting on the mattresses after about an hour / start to finish / by myself. You can tell that whoever oversees the QC is someone who has probably had a few bad experiences, building other products, and is determined to make these bunk beds stand out. Every screw hole was exactly where is should have been. Even the little pilot holes, where there, in the right spot. An entire bag of extra hardware is included just in case, but I didnt need any. Once assembled, I jumped on the top bunk and tried to shake it to break it, as my granddaughters would soon try and do, but they held up then and are still in great shape today, after a couple of months of use by the seven and eight year olds.
