As I went to unbox the king platform bed I realized that it was double boxed. it was a good thing since UPS had put several rips in the outer box due to the weight and size. The inner box was in near perfect shape, and the contents inside were pristine. The quality of the linen, stitching, and overall construction is outstanding. I was able to assemble everything in about 1 hour. I do not like the center metal legs since it is easy to kick if your previous bed didnt have one. I ended up wrapping some thick dark gray padding around it.
I then unboxed the 12 in. green tea mattress. After I pulled the plastic wrap it started inflating on its own. I was miffed as to how the mattress was overlapping close to 2.5 in. at the foot of the bed (picture attached). I broke out my measuring tape and the mattress measures close to 81 in. in length, and this is after 48 hours so that it had time to finish expanding. I measured 80 in. from end to end on the side rails, so you lose roughly 1.5 in. due to the padding on the headboard. I am not sure why hasnt addressed this issue since their own mattress doesnt fit properly.
Id also like to point out that the bed does squeak a bit if you are active on it. Check the bolts that attach the frame to the headboard. You may even want to try some thin teflon shims to silence it.

(Chris L.) contacted me the day after I wrote this review. The only thing he commented on was the squeak. I told him I was more concerned about the improper sizing. So far no response.

I sent another email to ( customerservice) on June 1 and never received a response. I set up an return 1 day before my return window expired. Ill call on Monday since supposedly they have addressed the sizing issue and will have the new stock on hand shortly. At this point I am not impressed with customer support since they make an effort to reply to reviews, but if your issue is regarding the improper sizing you may be ignored.

I sent support another email with a different subject, and later that day Chris L. replied. We came to a mutual agreement and are currently working on a resolution.
