I had a serious problem attaching the armrest. The bolts provided were or are too short. I had to fight and spend way too much time and had to use another tool or wrench to get the bolts in. I'm a retired home improvement contractor and know how to use tools and how to put simple things together! I'm sure people with less skills would have even a greater problem.
Also, there were bolts (4) missing. The bolts used to attach the bottom of the set to the base. Luckily, I had spare parts.
The chair is ok. I pretty much got my money's worth.
