What compellsd me to rate it with 5star is that, the material used presents sturdy. The assembly took me exactly 29m and 12 sec. And the manual is prety concise, carefull when following the not-so-detailed manual though: for me it was forgetting the washers,rookie mistake.
One very minor irritation, and this is something that i was warned in the reviews: the head rest is wabbles, the fixture design needs revision.
The wheels might give you a little hard time on carpet but its neglectable.
