    Erognom-ish

I recently developed lower back and hip pain. I went through several chairs around the $200-300 range, because of Covid the prices skyrocketed (these would be $150 chairs normally.) I bought this chair because of it's adjustable features. The cons are the head rest doesn't move forward, it's pretty use less unless you want to stare at the ceiling. Also, I misunderstood the tilt lock to lock at whatever tilt YOU wanted, instead it locks at predfined tilts, which are pretty useless. Unless you REALLY want a great view of the ceiling. The seat is not anything to write home about, my butt gets sore after an hour. I didn't put the arms on because arms encourage bad posture. The pros are the adjustable lumbar is ok. There's a chair by them for a $20 more from that looks to have a better lumbar. I can't speak to height because I use an adjustable stand up desk too. I'm considering buying a mesh lumbar support to put over the chair. At this point I'm just tired of repackaging chairs and sending them back.
