Decent for the price, may need some modifications

I've only been sitting in the chair for about a week but it's already made a difference. My old chair (8 years) had a broken piston so it would sink to the floor over time. Also the padding had compressed so much that after about 30 minutes in the chair, my tailbone would hurt and my legs would fall asleep. This chair was of interest because it was the first one that actually said (in the images) it was for people over 6 ft. so I took a chance and am fairly pleased. It does have overlapping pros/cons so I will try to list them below: PROs: It arrived 2 weeks early Packaging was well done. Cardboard and bubblewrap, no foam Instructions were easy to follow (I thought I did it wrong at first because I had leftover screws and spacers) Chair is pretty solid construction. A mix of plastic and metal It is comfortable to sit in though the seat could use a bit more padding The adjustable lumbar support is great but since I never had one, I'm still trying to figure the best spot for it The headrest is comfortable but a bit short The blade wheels are a nice touch but not so much on carpet CONs: The blade wheels don't orient themselves properly on carpet (basic room carpet, not area rug or shag) and the chair sometimes gets stuck when trying to push it away from the desk The headrest is a bit too short. At its max height, the bottom hits me in the shoulders so it does't support my head in an upright position. If I tilt my head back it fits good but then I'm looking down my nose at my screen The seat could use a bit more padding. I'm used to sitting on essentially a rock so it's an improvement but it still feels a bit too firm. I'm considering getting a small washable pad for it though to help keep it fresh anyway (see update below) The armrests are a bit hard. They aren't plastic and you can compress them with your thumb but it takes a bit of pressure. They're comfortable enough if you put your arms in the groove (see my next item) The armrests don't quite fit my arms. When I let my arms fall naturally, the outside edge of the armrest hits the inside of my forearm. This causes wrist pain after about 30 minutes of use. I contacted the seller to see if they have wider armrest brackets but they don't. I will probably purchase some extra pads that are available here on . Overall, I'm happy with the chair. I understand nothing is truly a one size fits all and my height and weight puts me between a normal chair and a big and tall chair (those always lean big instead of tall) so I'm willing to add a few extra bucks to remedy the parts I don't like. If you're in the market for a decent budget chair with ergonomic features, I'd say give this one a try. I'm going to use this spot to thank the delivery driver since there is no separate button to do so. I didn't meet the driver but thanks for getting my product to me a couple weeks early and undamaged! Update 2021-05-12: After using the chair for a while, I do have to caution that the seat does get a bit uncomfortable after a few hours of continuous use, especailly in the tailbone (and I'm only around 200 lbs). I tried buying a few different cushions (one less than 1/4 thick), which did help a bit but I can't find one that covers the entire seat so they usually put pressure on my hamstrings, making my legs tingle.
