When I opened the box, I was surprised to see they provide cardboard cutters and a pair of gloves to protect hands. They also include extra screws and washers in the box. The assembly is pretty straight forward. I spent about 40 minutes to assemble it.
The seat raises up 1-2 inches higher than what I used to seat. This is the only thing that bothers me, but I think I should get used to it. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase. I will buy myself another one once I am allowed to go back to the office...
