The chair is pretty comfortable, far more solid than I had expected but I kind of like it, my last chair was superior, but it was also $100 more so thats fair.
The english instructions for assembly were slightly poor in translation at points, but its a simple chair to put together anyway (and it came with some disposable gloves so you dont get your hand grease on all the metal bits)
The back neck thing seems pointless? I dont know for sure, Ive only had it for a few weeks
