The biggest issue I had was that this chair was weeks late getting to me. The only other knock is that it sits an inch or two higher than I like.
Everything else though, from the packaging to setup to build quality, etc., this is the best I've seen to date.
If you don't mind waiting for delivery past what they promised, and you can live with a chair that sits a bit high, then I strongly recommend this chair. Best in class I've seen in person.
