I could not be more satisfied with both my purchase and easily as much, the customer service I received after initially thinking my chair wasnt delivered. They went above and beyond to help. Ultimately it was found to be that the package carrier had not delivered it to my apartment and was found elsewhere.
Im 67 and 270 lbs and this chair is super comfortable, provides support with great adjustment controls, and to date after a couple of months, hasnt had any problem supporting my weight with the hydraulics. A lot of chairs max at 250 lbs so they sink as you sit.
