Product came in good condition. In the beginning incline was not working, I thought it was broken, but after couple of message exchange seller customer service was able to provide me a guide and it worked. I found another seller was selling same produce in lower price than I paid for. I let my seller know and they have promised to give credit, which is nice. Chair is very comfortable.
