As for the actual product, this chair arrived ahead of schedule and with no issues. No damage to that packaging, etc. The chair was very easy to assemble (assembled the chair while watching a movie and talking on the phone in probably 45 minutes) and I found the directions easy to follow. All of the parts and the tool needed to assemble were provided. Gloves were included which was a nice touch and appreciated.
However the chair itself is not comfortable (hurts my elbow especially) and the chair requires a mat to roll on carpeting (my previous chair did not).
Overall, I wanted to love this chair, but I didn't and requested a return. I'm sad. I wanted to love this product.
