The bed actually looks better in person than it did in the online pictures. Its easy to assemble and perfect for lower ceilings. The company was really easy to deal with as well. We were missing one piece of hardware and they sent a whole new bag, no questions asked, very quickly! So far so good! Looks great and feels sturdy
